Are the appliances covered by a warranty?
Yes, every IVIS appliance comes with a 12 or 24 month warranty. The exact term is shown on each product page.
Do you take away my old appliance?
Yes. WEEE collection happens when the new appliance is delivered: just choose the “Delivery + installation + collection” option at checkout.
What is the difference between regenerated and refurbished?
A regenerated appliance is a used one restored to full efficiency with original spare parts; a refurbished one is almost new (a return or ex-display unit), checked and sanitised.
Do you ship across Italy?
Yes, we deliver throughout Italy, islands included. Costs start at €3.99 for small appliances and €19.99 for large ones.
