1. Subject and seller
These general conditions govern the distance selling of refurbished home appliances through the IVIS Store website, operated by IVIS di Viychuk Ivan, sole proprietorship, VAT number 09730160968, with registered office at Via Fratelli Rosselli 25, 20098 San Giuliano Milanese (MI), Italy, reachable via the email address listed on the site's Contact page. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.
2. Refurbished products
All products are used appliances that have undergone a professional refurbishment process: disassembly, cleaning, replacement of worn components with original spare parts and a certified final test.
3. Prices and payment
The prices shown include VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe, using the payment methods it makes available in Italy (e.g. credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other methods enabled through Stripe). The order is binding only once the payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made through partner couriers throughout Italy, or with our own vehicles in the Milan area by the next working day. The indicated timescales are not binding.
