Terms and conditions
1. Subject
These general conditions govern the distance selling of refurbished home appliances through the IVIS Elettrodomestici website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.
2. Refurbished products
All products are used appliances that have undergone a professional refurbishment process: disassembly, cleaning, replacement of worn components with original spare parts and a certified final test.
3. Prices and payment
The prices shown include VAT. Payment can be made by card, Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or bank transfer. The order is binding only once the payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made through partner couriers throughout Italy, or with our own vehicles in the Milan area by the next working day. The indicated timescales are not binding.
