24-month warranty
1. Coverage
All IVIS refurbished appliances are covered by a 24-month conformity warranty, exactly like new products.
2. What it includes
The warranty covers conformity defects and faults not caused by improper use. If a fault occurs we come to your home or replace the appliance at no extra cost.
3. How to activate it
To activate the warranty, simply keep your order confirmation and contact support. No registration is required: coverage is automatic from the delivery date.
4. Exclusions
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation by third parties, drops or tampering is excluded. Consumables are not covered.
