Right of withdrawal
1. Deadline
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.
2. How to exercise it
To withdraw, simply write to assistenza@ivis.it or use the private area of your account, stating your order number. We arrange the courier collection of the product ourselves.
3. Refund
The refund is issued within 14 days of the product being returned, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The product must be returned intact and complete with accessories.
4. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure products, as provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
