Right of withdrawal
1. Deadline
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty, under articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
2. How to exercise it
You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the «Request a return» button on your order page, in your account's private area: this is the digital withdrawal function required by article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. Alternatively, you can notify your withdrawal by filling in the model form in section 5, or by writing to us on WhatsApp or by phone, stating your order number. If your address is within the IVIS courier area we arrange the collection of the product ourselves; otherwise you arrange shipment to our warehouse yourself.
3. Refund
The refund is issued within 14 days of the product being returned, using the same payment method used for the purchase. If IVIS arranged the collection, the transport cost is deducted from the refund; if you shipped the product yourself, you bear the shipping cost but the refund is issued in full. The product must be returned intact and complete with accessories.
4. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-measure products, as provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
5. Model withdrawal form
Under Annex I-B of the Italian Consumer Code — to be completed and returned only if you wish to withdraw from the contract: «I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [description of product] — Ordered on: [date] — Received on: [date] — Name of consumer(s) — Address of consumer(s) — Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper) — Date.» The completed form can be sent to privacy@ivis.it or attached to the request made through the «Request a return» button described in section 2.
